Brian is focused on pursuing his passion for real estate, giving back to the community, and raising a growing family.  

Beyond an enthusiasm for finding value in real estate, Brian is guided by a strong belief in the “Home” as a keystone asset, each one unique and imbued with an ability to impact the ways that families function and develop.  As a former principal and manager for investor-backed companies, he understands and respects the objectives of both buyers and sellers, along with the importance of achieving results. Leveraging skills gained through his activities in business development, sales, marketing, project management, investor and client relations, Brian works to provide his clients with the highest level of insight, guidance, and attention to detail in real estate transactions. 

A strategic senior executive, Brian has over 20 years’ experience developing, evaluating, and leading the implementation of a broad range of business models focused on driving economic growth for companies in the media and technology sectors.  He began his career as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch before co-founding CEA Autumn, a boutique capital management and strategic advisory business.  Subsequently, Brian became a partner in a PE-backed investment firm, Pinner Creek Group, and served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for two of its portfolio companies, with clients including Subway, Johnson & Johnson, UBS, Boston Financial, Burger King, Pepsi, The American Heart Association, and Princeton University among others. 

Brian holds a B.A. in Economics and History, with a minor in Markets and Marketing, from Duke University and currently resides in Warren Township, NJ with his wife and son. He enjoys travel, skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and attempting to teach his two-year old soccer skills.
